From a life of change… to coaching leaders through it.

fulllogo_transparent_nobuffer_edited.png

I’ve spent my life navigating change - geographical, professional, and deeply personal. That journey has shaped not just who I am, but how I coach.

Born in Jerusalem to a father serving with the United Nations, my early years unfolded across borders - Israel, Lebanon, Cyprus, Syria, Ireland. Movement was my first language. I learned early that true leadership isn’t about control - it’s about adaptability, resilience, and presence in the face of uncertainty.

My career has carried me through corporate leadership, global consulting, and now, transformational coaching. Working with senior leaders - including during my time at Deloitte - I came to understand that success is never just about outcomes. It’s about how we show up: with clarity, with presence, with the courage to listen deeply.

Coaching wasn’t a role I chased - it found me. A client in Singapore once said, “You would make an incredible coach.” Years later, a dear friend echoed the same words. Sometimes we don’t hear the whispers of the universe until we are finally still enough to listen.

When I did, I understood:
My greatest gift is not telling leaders what to do.
It’s helping them hear their own wisdom more clearly.
To find their still point.
And lead from there.

My Credentials

My work is grounded in a deep commitment to growth - both mine and yours.

I am a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). My training spans co-active business and life coaching (LBCAI), NLP, systemic team coaching, and somatic practice. I’m also a qualified psychometric assessor (Level A & B), with experience using tools like the Hogan Suite, CPP, DISC, TalentQ, WGCTA, and Ravens.

But more important than any certification is this:
I bring presence.
I bring care.
I bring love.

My true passion has always been people. I believe that inside every leader is the potential to be great - and I’m here to help you remember that. To see what’s possible. To flourish

My Coaching Philosophy

At its heart, my coaching is about Taking my clients by the hand and walking them back  home to themselves - to the truth and beauty of who you really are.

I don’t coach roles. I coach people - brilliant, accomplished humans who have lost their footing, their fire, or their sense of self in the noise of leadership, life, and expectations. My role is not to give answers, but to help you remember what you already know - to create the conditions for clarity, insight, and truth to arise from within.

I believe that wisdom lives in stillness.
That presence is more powerful than performance.
And that real transformation begins not when we push harder, but when we pause, listen, and tell the truth.

My coaching isn’t prescriptive - it’s spacious.
It’s not about fixing - it’s about revealing.
And it’s not for the faint-hearted.

I work best with those who are willing to get honest, get uncomfortable, and go deep. I hold a fiercely compassionate space - one that blends intuition with insight, challenge with care. You’ll be seen. You’ll be stretched. You’ll likely laugh, cry, and surprise yourself. But above all, you’ll come away with a clearer sense of your voice, your power, and the life you’re here to lead.

I believe coaching is not just a conversation - it’s a portal.
To deeper awareness.
To reclaimed agency.
To becoming the leader (and human) you were always meant to be.

“We are ALL leaders. As we step into our power, owning our greatness, allowing our light to shine,we give others permission to shine their light. When we lean into our authentic selves, letting go of fear, we invite others to do the same.”

The Unofficial Truth About
Working With Me

I am not for the faint-hearted.

But if you’re ready to laugh, get real, and let the bullshit drop - you’ll feel right at home.

I cuss (beautifully). I laugh (loudly). I believe comedians are the best truth-tellers on earth because they see and they say. That’s what I do, too - except I do it in a room with you, not on a stage.

I will hold space for your pain and your potential with reverence.

I will also call out your patterns with love and the occasional raised eyebrow.

I’ll ask you better questions than you’ve been asking yourself.

And I’ll stand beside you while you remember who the hell you are.

This work is sacred. But it’s not precious.

It’s playful, powerful, and (at times) a bit profane.

Because growth should feel alive, not clinical.

And coaching should feel like an awakening, not a to-do list.
